Anoka Smart Technologies provides services including career guidance, consultancy, training programs, and digital resources. Certain services and materials may be delivered digitally via email, online platforms, or downloadable content.
Once payment is successfully completed, access to services or digital resources will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only if the request is made before the service has started or before digital access has been provided.
Once a service session is scheduled, initiated, or content is delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered or accessed.
If you have made a payment by mistake or face a genuine technical issue that prevents service delivery, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of the original transaction. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.

- Accessed or downloaded digital materials
- Missed appointments without prior notice
- Change of mind after service initiation
